Do you offer a live product demo?

Yes — book a 30-minute demo via the contact form and we will screen-share a live environment, not a pre-recorded video. You can send your own sample event payload in advance and we will show it flowing through the pipeline in real time during the session.

Can I get help migrating from another analytics platform?

We offer a paid migration service for customers moving from Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, or custom in-house solutions. The service includes schema mapping, historical data import, and a two-week parallel-run period where both platforms ingest the same events so you can validate parity before cutting over.

Do you have a reseller or partner programme?

Yes. We work with a small number of Irish and EU development agencies who bundle Heritage Sterling into their client technology stacks. If your agency regularly builds data-intensive products for clients, email us with a brief description of your practice and we will share the partner programme terms.
